Workshop
Healing Sounds Workshop Saturday and Sunday, September 25–26, 2010 A limited number of participants will have the exclusive opportunity to delve deeper into the techniques and practices of using sound for health, wellness and transformation. Learn about vocal harmonics, chakra toning and other advanced forms of frequency shifting used by the Ancient Mystery Schools. These sounds can stimulate and charge the brain, resonate the physical body and the chakras, improve the quality of the voice, and enhance our ability to hear and heighten our consciousness. This stress-relieving, interactive workshop will include group exercises, sound healing techniques, extraordinary visual images, award-winning healing music and cutting-edge scientific and spiritual information.

Jonathan Goldman is an international authority on sound healing and a pioneer in the field of harmonics. He has worked with masters of sound from both the scientific and the spiritual traditions and has been empowered by the Chant Master of the Dalai Lama's Drepung Loseling Monastery to teach Tibetan Overtone Chanting. He wrote Healing Sounds, Shifting Frequencies and co-authored Tantra of Sound, winner of the 2006 Visionary Award for "Best Alternative Health Book," with his wife Andi. He recently released the book The 7 Secret Sounds of Healing. Jonathan is director of the Sound Healers Association and president of Spirit Music, Inc. A Grammy nominee, he has created numerous award-winning recordings including The Diving Name (with Gregg Braden), Reiki Chants, The Lost Chord and Chakra Chants. He is a lecturing member of the International Society for Music Medicine.
Andi Goldman, M.A., L.P.C., is a licensed psychotherapist, specializing in holistic counseling and sound therapy. Andi is a musician, teacher, sound healer, and she also serves as director of the Healing Sounds seminars and co-director of the Sound Healers Association. She is co-author of the Visionary Award-winning Tantra of Sound and co-creator of the cutting-edge recording Tantra of Sound Harmonizer.
