Unity Village Hotel and Conference Center

What is LEED?

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED encourages design and construction practices that significantly reduce or eliminate the negative impact of buildings on the environment and occupants. LEED certification is achieved through a rating system that evaluates sustainable site planning, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources and indoor environmental quality.

Our Newly Remodeled Motel

Unity Village is a peaceful place, and our accommodations reflect that. Our motel is just a short walk from all on-campus amenities.

We have a limited number of rooms on grounds, and reservations are accepted in the order of receipt. Please make your reservations as early as possible. If you register after the on-grounds accommodations are filled, we will recommend nearby lodging.

If you would like to share your room, please provide your roommate's name and their billing information at the time your accommodations are made.

Smoke-Free Policy

All areas inside Unity Village buildings and Unity vehicles are designated smoke-free, including hotel and motel rooms. There are designated smoking areas outside most buildings; a list of these areas will be available to you on arrival.

Award-Winning Cuisine

Our award-winning kitchen staff uses seasonal, healthful ingredients to create cuisine that is comforting, wholesome and balanced.

We offer a wide variety of options at each meal, including a salad bar, soup, fresh fish or meats, vegetarian entrees and decadent desserts. In addition, we are always willing to customize a menu to meet your dietary requirements. Sample menus are available.
