Rev. Pat Williamson
Pat is the senior minister of Unity Christ Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served as chair of the Board of the Association of Unity Churches International (2006‒2007) and is affiliated with the International Conference of Police Chaplains. During Pat’s 15 years of field ministry, he has served congregations in Kansas City, Missouri; Evanston, Illinois; and Cincinnati, Ohio.
Rev. Patricia Bass
Ordained as a Unity minister in 1998, Rev. Patricia Bass has served churches in Houston, Texas, and Overland Park, Kansas. She has been a member of multiple teams and boards throughout the Unity movement. Before becoming a minister, Patricia worked in the financial industry, where she managed 65 branch banks as well as the marketing and training departments.
Stephen M. Cumbie
Stephen has an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate development. He presently serves as CEO and principal of NVCommercial Incorporated, NVRetail, and the Metro Realty group. He is also the president of NVCapital Advisors, a real estate investment fund. In addition, he has leadership roles in a number of community, business, and charitable organizations in the Washington, D.C., area. A member of Unity of Fairfax Church in Oakton, Virginia, for more than 20 years, he served on its Board of Trustees and led its building committee.
Melanie Dean, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist, founded, grew, and sold a successful publishing business that specialized in producing books, assessment systems, and educational materials on psychiatric disorders. As part of this process, she authored the book Borderline Personality Disorder: The Latest Assessment and Treatment Strategies, and she created and patented two patient-physician communication systems for chronic disorders. Previous to this, she practiced in corporate, outpatient, and inpatient settings in human resource development, general counseling, and clinical psychology. She has been active in Unity for eight years and served her local congregation as board director and member of the board. In addition, Melanie has been an active member of various other profit and nonprofit governing boards.
Rev. Bill Englehart
Bill has been senior minister at the Unity In Marin church since 2006. Before being called to ministry, he spent 18 years in the field of human resources management. On his last assignment as an international human resources director, he lived and worked in London as an expatriate for a Fortune 50 corporation. Bill currently resides in Northern California.
Doug has attended Harvard's Graduate School of Business and has been featured in Who's Who in America publications. He has more than 30 years of management-level experience with corporations such as Knight Ridder, Inc., and United Airlines.
Rev. Jennifer Holder
Licensed and ordained as a Unity minister since 2006, Jennifer has been actively studying on the spiritual education path for more than 20 years, having served in leadership positions of various churches in children/youth ministry, senior adult ministry, music ministry, associate and senior minister roles, and as a Board member. Jennifer currently serves Unity of Gaithersburg, Maryland, as senior minister. She cohosted a Unity Online Radio weekly program, Unity Family Matters, with her husband, Rev. Ogun Holder.
Charlotte has served as president and chief executive officer of Unity since July 2006. Previously, she was chair of the Management, Marketing, and M.I.S. Division at the Helzberg School, Rockhurst University, and a visiting professor in Peking University's International MBA program, Beijing, China. Charlotte has also owned her own consulting business, WiseWork, and has held senior management positions in financial services and energy organizations. She is the author of Quantum Leaps: 7 Skills for Workplace Re-Creation (Butterworth-Heinemann, 1999) and co-author of The NeXt Revolution: What Gen X Women Want at Work and How Their Boomer Bosses Can Help Them Get It (Davies-Black, 2005) and Good Business: Putting Spiritual Principles Into Practice at Work (Unity Books, 2010).
John R. Knowles, LUT
John is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in business and engineering. He is president/owner of Plymouth Industries, Inc., which specializes in computer-controlled custom machinery and material-handling equipment. John holds several patents and many original designs. He has been in Unity for more than 30 years and is a licensed Unity teacher.
Rev. Carolyne Mathlin

Rev. Carolyne is an ordained Unity minister, SQ21 coach, and senior minister at Unity of Tustin, located in Southern California. She has served as president of the Southwest Regional Board, as a member of the Unity Church of Alhambra Foundation Board, and the Youth Education Advisory Team. A nonvoting member of the Board, Rev. Carolyne received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, in 2002. Her primary spiritual practice is Centering Prayer—weaving the Unity tradition of the Silence in with other meditation practices.
Rev. Marilyn Muehlbach
Marilyn has a BA degree in economics from Denison University and served as minister of Unity Church of North Idaho in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, for 20 years. She was a member of the Association of Unity Churches International Board of Trustees, serving as Chair in 2008–2009. She also serves as president of the Board of Directors for the Human Rights Education Institute in Coeur d'Alene.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Michael has a master's degree in communications. He is retired from a career in the general aviation industry. Active in his local church (Unity of Wichita), he has been involved with Unity for nearly 20 years.
Blake J. Williamson, M.D., M.S.
Blake is an experienced health care executive and physician with more than 20 years of leadership and management experience creating innovative solutions to the toughest challenges in health care. Throughout his career, in roles that included chief medical officer, senior medical director, and senior vice president for major health care systems, Blake has cultivated a reputation for helping organizations understand and manage health care’s constant changes while delivering clinical business objectives on time and on budget. He currently owns and manages a health care consulting company where he helps organizations create infrastructure that improves quality and efficiency for the future. He has been associated with Unity for more than 25 years.
