Learn practical application of Spiritual Intelligence and the stages of development (Spiral Dynamics) in your life and in your ministry. In this session we will do a quick review of Spiritual Intelligence, the relevance of stages to being both compassionate and wise, but then do exercises to help you identify each stage through music, video, and exercises. We'll discuss steps to take to embrace and live from the healthiest part of each stage. Specifically we will focus on how to deliver a Unity message to the 3 most common colors/stages. And we will talk about the Generational differences - especially the Millennials - and how the stages may show up as they develop. We will conclude with why this matters if you wish to become the wisest and most compassionate person you can be. (Some knowledge of Spiral Dynamics is helpful prior to attending.
