Dreams and Visions

The words are used interchangeably, especially in Hebrew scripture, and they are often joined together as a single unit—"dreams and visions." It's possible to say that dreams occur to us when we're sleeping and visions occur when we're awake, but

1 Kings 17:8-16

This is one of the great prosperity lessons offered in Hebrew scripture. The story illustrates the spiritual Truth that we receive by giving. The widow is locked in lack consciousness; she sees what her senses tell her is lack and limitation.

1 Kings 3:16-28

It seems rather ironic that the king, under whom the nation of Israel reached the apex of power and abundance, is nonetheless best remembered for this familiar story from the early days of his reign.

Amos 5:21-24

Amos was a humble shepherd called by the Lord to prophesy to the people of Israel in the eighth century B.C.E. It was a time of great prosperity and relative peace—although a peace maintained through great military expenditures.

John 14:26

This verse is from Jesus' final discourse to his disciples on the occasion of the Last Supper, as his mortal ministry was drawing to a close.

Ephesians 2:1-22

Ephesians is a late letter, written when Paul was imprisoned in Rome (see 3:1 and 4:1). It's not specifically written to the church in Ephesus, but as a "circular letter" to be copied and passed among the various churches.

Money

There are many references in scripture to money, and to the question of wealth vs. poverty. I don't think you'd find any statements that poverty is God's purpose.

Luke 11:31

The reference is to the Queen of Sheba, whose interactions with King Solomon are described in 1 Kings 10:1-10. Jesus is speaking about those among his followers who were demanding more signs and wonders.
