A Season for Nonviolence, an educational campaign promoting nonviolence as a way to heal, transform and empower our lives and our communities, begins each year on January 30 and continues through April 4, spanning the anniversaries of the deaths of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This international event honors the shared vision of these men for an empowered, nonviolent world.
