Wendy has been a Unity minister and global leader for more than 40 years. Ordained in 1980, she founded The Unity Center in San Diego, transforming it into a thriving spiritual community.
A passionate advocate for peace and social justice, Wendy helped form the San Diego Department of Peace and cofounded The AntiRacism Institute. As part of the Association for Global New Thought, she participated in dialogues with the Dalai Lama and contributed to global initiatives like the Abraham Path and Goi Peace Foundation.
She has supported sustainable living as a board member of The Foundation for Affordable Housing and improved rural economies through her international travel programs. Her commitment to making a difference has earned her the Unity Light of God Expressing Award, the Gandhi Non-Violence Award, and induction into the MLK Jr. Preachers Hall of Fame.
