UC&L Charter
A dedicated department called Unity Communities and Leaders (UC&L) has been created within UWH to support Unity ministries and leaders. A charter has been drawn up to set out policies and provisions for ministries and credentialed leaders under the new model.
This charter is a living document, created to shape the tone, spirit, and intention of our shared expression. It is a covenant that honors our enduring commitment to one another and to the sacred work we offer the world.
UC&L is rooted in the wisdom and legacy of Unity Worldwide Ministries to carry forward the essential elements that have shaped our leaders and communities through the years. In this way, we preserve what has been meaningful while opening space for what is becoming.
This charter does not map every step but offers a guiding light. It is designed to remind us who we are together, and to help navigate the evolving landscape ahead—with faith, unity, and unwavering purpose.
