Circle FAQ
1. What is Circle? The Unity Partners Circle is a new online gathering place created especially for Unity leaders—a space to connect with one another, share meaningful resources, and be supported in their ministries. Inside Circle, Partners will find tools and offerings from the Unity Communities and Leaders (UC&L) team and other Unity World Headquarters departments, all designed to support their ministry work. Circle will also become one of the primary communications channels for Unity leaders to be notified about events, Town Halls, annual meetings, and so on.

3. How does someone enroll for Circle? Visit go.unity.org/enroll-circle and complete the enrollment form.
4. When will Circle launch? The Unity Circle portal is now live. We are taking a phased approach to opening Circle to ensure we have enough support in place to assist with questions or issues. Be on the lookout in your inbox or spam folder for an email from Circle with your access link. All groups should receive their email by May 15, 2026.
5. Can someone get access to Circle without completing the enrollment form? No, they need to complete the enrollment form.
6. Can anyone join Circle? No, it’s not open to the public. These are the types of Unity leaders invited to enroll in Circle.

7. Why does Circle require enrollment? The UC&L team is using information from the enrollment forms to make sure Unity leaders have access at launch, and to make sure each participant is included in their relevant affinity groups inside Circle, like Youth and Family or LUTs.
8. Do I need to enroll as an individual and also for my ministry—enroll twice? No, everyone who enrolls will be asked to include some ministry information.
9. If I don’t enroll in Circle at all, may I continue to use the Unity brand? No. To use the Unity brand, you have to be in good standing and sign up for branding, which is done through the portal.
10. What is a Name-Aligned Affiliate? Some ministries and communities that carry the Unity name may choose not to join the full breadth of the Partners Circle portal. Categorized as Name-Aligned Affiliates, they may remain in good standing within the portal but will have only limited, read-only access to selected Circle spaces.
11. What is a sacred action pod? Sacred Action Pods are small, purpose-driven affinity circles formed under the UC&L Charter where individuals in good standing unite in prayerful discernment and coordinated action to embody Unity spiritual principles in meaningful, community-centered ways.
12. Can international/global Unity leaders access Circle? Yes, our international Partners are invited to enroll. Circle is available in many countries.
13. Is Circle only available on a desktop computer? No, there will be a desktop version and both iPhone and Android mobile apps for the Unity Partners Circle.
14. What information is required on the enrollment form? To gain access to Circle, you’ll be asked to affirm the Unity Communities and Leaders Charter and complete several fields about yourself and your ministry. You can see the full set of questions on the form here: go.unity.org/enroll-circle.
15. Is there a cost to participate in Circle? There is no cost for Unity leaders to participate in Circle.
16. How long will the enrollment process take? We are planning to launch Circle in mid- to late March and hope to send everyone who has submitted an enrollment form a Circle access link by the time it goes live.
17. How will I know if I’ve been enrolled in Circle after submitting my form? Once the enrollment process is complete with UC&L, you’ll be sent an email with your access link to Circle.
18. What happens if I enroll after Circle launches? Please allow a few weeks for the UC&L team to grant you access. Once the process is complete, you’ll be sent an email with your access link to Circle.
19. Can I opt out of Circle later? Yes, you may opt-out of Circle at any time.
20. Will Circle replace current communications channels like the UC&L Connections e-newsletter or Postcards from the Village? For now, UWH will continue sending Connections and Postcards from the Village. Connections goes out twice monthly and Postcards goes out monthly. If you don’t already receive them, sign up online for Connections. For Postcards, send a request to [email protected].
21. Will I get instructions on how to use Circle when I get my access link? Yes, you will receive instructions on how to log in and definitions of the various spaces inside the portal in your Circle launch email.
22. Who will moderate the content and discussions in Circle? UWH has hired a Circle administrator. This full-time UC&L staff member will be responsible for loading resources into Circle, starting discussions, and monitoring community spaces.
23. Who do I contact if I have trouble logging in? You will contact the Circle administrator at [email protected].
24. Which browsers work best for Circle? Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari (especially on iOS) are the best-supported browsers, with the latest versions recommended for optimal performance.
25. Will I be able to share my own resources (like books, sermons, talks) with others in Circle? Yes, there is a space called the Leaders Exchange for exactly this purpose.
