Unity World Headquarters (UWH) is a spiritual community dedicated to advancing spiritual awakening and transformation in the world. Our materials, programs, services, and outreach are designed to provide practical, spiritual tools and resources to help address the issues and challenges in today’s world. Inclusion, diversity, equity, and acceptance (I.D.E.A.) are important to us.

As an employer, Unity World Headquarters embraces the principles of I.D.E.A. in the workplace. We have developed a comprehensive, multiyear DEI strategic plan that involves numerous initiatives including diversity-focused hiring practices and ongoing training programs for our associates to deepen and expand our cultural competencies.
