Unity Reimagine: Statement of Support
The Unity Worldwide Ministries (UWM) Board of Trustees and the Unity World Headquarters (UWH) Board of Directors join together in wholeheartedly supporting our coming together into a single, unified Unity organization through the proposed acquisition.
This bold step arises from our shared vision of One Unity. Together, we are co-creating a movement that is spiritually grounded, forward-thinking, and committed to serving people and ministries around the globe with greater clarity, efficiency, and purpose. By uniting UWH and UWM, we honor Unity’s founding principles of oneness and collaboration while streamlining our governance and resources to best serve the spiritual awakening and transformation of the world through Unity.
We also pause to recognize and celebrate the bold leadership in both organizations that has made this historic step possible. Their willingness to embrace change and champion a unified path forward reflects the highest ideals of spiritual leadership and has inspired all of us to imagine what Unity can become when we work as one.
Key commitments guiding our support include:
- Amplifying Partner Voices: Ministries, ministers, licensed teachers, and lay leaders will have meaningful input and ongoing opportunities to help shape the new structure being created to support Unity Communities and Leaders through the Partner Portal, regional engagement, and annual voting processes.
- Strengthening Services and Resources: Combining our talents, finances, and infrastructure will allow us to provide stronger programs, media resources, and spiritual support to ministries and individuals everywhere.
- Ensuring Responsible Stewardship: The unified structure maintains clear fiduciary and legal accountability while freeing us to focus on our shared mission of awakening the divine potential in every person.
We believe that coming together as one Unity organization is a bold and necessary evolutionary step for our movement’s continued growth and relevance. With deep faith and trust in the divine wisdom of our collective community, we affirm our support for this historic unification and invite all partners to join us in creating the next chapter of Unity—together.
