
Vivian Valencia
Vice President of Customer Care and Fulfillment
Vivian Valencia joined Unity in 2008, serving in a variety of roles within the Customer Contact Center. In 2022, she was appointed vice president of Customer Care and Fulfillment. Having grown up in a trilingual household (English, Spanish, Portuguese), Vivian values the special connections that come from communicating with Unity constituents all over the world. She is particularly appreciative of the chance to lead diverse teams at Unity World Headquarters, ensuring they achieve their highest potential through dedicated support.
Born in Tarrytown, New York, she moved to the Kansas City area as a teenager and graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in communications studies. She has also earned certificates from Cornell University in Performance Leadership, Project Leadership, and Executive Women in Leadership.
