Many of us think of Lent as a season of sacrifice. It can be that … and so much more.

This Lent, we encourage you to give up the thoughts, grudges, beliefs, and habits that have been holding you back. Releasing them will clear the way for spiritual abundance and transformation.

The new Unity booklet, Release and Reimagine: Lent 2026, gives you practical and inspiring ways to do this. In it, you’ll find:

  • An excerpt from Rev. Linda Martella-Whitsett’s book Divine Audacity explaining how imagination is one of our inner powers
  • Sunday essays inviting you to explore different aspects of imagination
  • Special Palm Sunday and Easter readings, relating stories from Jesus’ life to our own
  • Weekday messages suggesting what to release and how to replace it—for instance, trading doubt for faith

Release and Reimagine will help you let go of what you no longer need and turn to what you most desire, opening you up to the infinite possibilities that await.

Request your booklet in time to receive it before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 18.
