A new year holds promise for us all. As you reflect on the months ahead, what is it you hope to learn and experience? Who do you hope to be?

We encourage you to choose a Word of Intention to hold in the months ahead and envision it lighting up your life throughout the year.

This is not the same as thinking, wishing, or setting a resolution. It is about opening yourself to divine guidance as you move forward.

There are a couple different ways to choose your Word of Intention …

Even if your word does not seem to make sense for your life right now, trust in the divine guidance you are receiving. You may be surprised how meaningful it becomes as the year unfolds.

After your word reveals itself, you may submit it using the form below, and it will be held in loving prayer in the Silent Unity® Prayer Vigil throughout 2025.
