Comment:
Isaiah has just itemized a number of accusations the Lord holds against the people of Judah (the Southern Kingdom). In this verse and the two concluding Chapter 5, he describes the coming of the Assyrians ("A nation far away," v. 26) as the Lord's punishment for their failure to honor their divine covenant.
It would seem your dream may be alerting you to unexpected negative consequences as a result of choices you have made. It's an invitation to make new choices that will produce more positive consequences.
Blessings!
