Psalm 24:7-9
Lift up your heads, O gates!
and be lifted up, O ancient doors!
that the King of glory may come in.
Who is the King of glory?
The Lord, strong and mighty,
the Lord, mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O gates!
and be lifted up, O ancient doors!
that the King of glory may come in.
Comment:
Metaphysically speaking, we are the ones who have erected gates of limitation and ancient doors of fear in our collective consciousness. We are often told in the Gospels that Jesus 'lifted up his head' and gave thanks before any spiritual manifestation. We must do the same—lifting our own consciousness to a higher level of awareness of our own divinity. The 'King of glory' is us—our innate Christ identity. Once we lift up our inner gates and doors and fully embrace our Christ Self, our lives will never be the same. We will know glory, indeed!
Blessings!
