Psalm 70:1
"Be pleased, O God, to deliver me! O Lord, make haste to help me!" (Psalm 70:1 RSV)
Comment:
Psalm 70 is a plea for deliverance from one's enemies. We understand it to represent a process of calling upon the Lord of our being. We choose to trust in the Christ guidance within us rather than giving in to the fear-based input from the world around us. We know and affirm that the Christ that is our true identity is stronger than the challenges we face, and we go forward with confidence and love.
Blessings!
