Romans 8:38-39 "For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels..."

You’re referring to a powerful passage from Paul’s Letter to the Romans: “For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).

Question:

Somewhere Saint Paul says that neither angels, nor devils, nor things of this world, nor things of the world to come, can separate us from each other in the love of Jesus Christ. I don’t have the exact quote, but I like this passage a lot and want to quote it correctly. Do you know which book, chapter and verse(s) this comes from?

Comment:

Paul did not, of course, write it in English, but it translates beautifully. And its point could not be more relevant to us today. Once we truly embrace our Oneness with God, as Jesus taught and demonstrated, then none of the dualistic illusions of human experience—life and death, height and depth, past and future—can distract or confuse us anymore. We may still experience them, still move through them. But our Christ centeredness transforms everything into opportunities to express the energy of the kingdom.
