Unity Reimagined: The Transformation Era
Changes Are Coming
The two organizations that lead the Unity movement—Unity World Headquarters and Unity Worldwide Ministries—have been in discussions for months about the possibility of UWH acquiring UWM, pending a vote of the UWM membership in November.
This section has been created as a gathering place for information, questions, and answers about the reimagined Unity and what it might look like as one organization. It includes the proposed charter for a new ministries department within UWH, along with Frequently Asked Questions. Answers have been provided by the Steering Team, which comprises the CEOs and board leaders of UWH and UWM. FAQs are updated periodically as questions come in from the field.
We invite you to check out the Frequently Asked Questions already posted, read the proposed charter, then use the form to submit other questions.
What We Know So Far
If approved by the UWM voting body in November, UWM will transfer its functions and services to UWH in a process legally called an acquisition, which could be complete by the end of 2025. The end goal is to bring all Unity operations together in one organization for the first time in 60 years.
The new structure will not be a membership model with an annual meeting. Instead, those in the field will have year-round opportunities for input.
