2 Thessalonians 2:16-17
"Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word" (2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 RSV).
Comment:
This passage is a simple, polite statement of thanksgiving and a wish for the future. Paul's affirmation is that the spiritual guidance, love, and grace that have carried us so far on our personal paths will continue to be with us as we venture further into the creation of a new consciousness.
Blessings!
