Question:

“Nothing happens in our life that is not with in God's plan.” I would like to know even if we or I have sinned? Is it in His plan? And have repented for the transgressions?

Comment:

: This is not so much a biblical question as a spiritual question. And the first step in addressing any spiritual question is to align the question itself with the universal principles according to which the Power we call God expresses in our lives.   So is there a being named God with a specific plan for each of our lives, so that even our sins could be said to be part of “God's plan”? Well, no—and yes. No, God is not a being with a plan. God is the infinite creative energy of all that is. It is the truth of our own being, present in us as the Christ—our true spiritual identity. Every choice that we make is a choice made in God, as God—a choice about how we bring the Light and Love of God into expression—or a choice about creating an illusion that the Light and Love are somehow absent. “Sin” is a name we give to choices that produce negative results. Its roots are in the Greek term for “missing the mark.” But since God is never absent, God is present in the “sinful” results of that fear-based choice. The opportunity for us is to learn from the negative choice, to adjust our aim, and to make another choice that restores us to experiencing the unity with God that is our true identity and purpose. So sin does not separate us from God in any way—it offers opportunities to correct our beliefs and make new choices, bringing more of that divine Light and Love into expression.

Blessings!
