Comment:
The reference is to the Queen of Sheba, whose interactions with King Solomon are described in 1 Kings 10:1-10. Jesus is speaking about those among his followers who were demanding more signs and wonders. The Queen of Sheba hears of a wise king and travels "from the ends of the earth" simply to hear his words. Jesus' teachings are more important than Solomon's, but these followers aren't satisfied with his words—they want actions. Jesus is suggesting that her faith is far greater than theirs.
