Carmela Garone

Carmela is an executive and leadership coach and an experienced corporate executive with an extensive background in procurement and sourcing. She has a passion for supporting executives in their development and left her corporate career, inspired to begin coaching and speaking. Her belief is that strong leaders who bring all their gifts to their work are better leaders, which in turn transforms organizations. She is a member of Unity of Pompano Beach Spiritual Center, Florida, where she serves as board president and prayer chaplain. She lives in Pompano Beach and is a proud mom to daughter Sonia.
