Rev. Jim Blake

Rev. Jim Blake is a visionary spiritual leader, award-winning author, and CEO of Unity World Headquarters. With more than 30 years of study and service in New Thought traditions and organizations and more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, he brings a unique blend of spiritual wisdom and business innovation to his role. His acclaimed debut book, The Zen Executive: Gems of Wisdom for Enlightened Leadership, earned multiple honors, including a 2023 silver Nautilus Book Award in business and leadership.

Rev. Jim Blake rejoined Unity World Headquarters as CEO in 2016, having previously served as chief information officer and vice president of Operations from 2006 to 2011. Before returning to Unity, he worked with leading innovators in the traffic and energy industries, helping drive growth and transformation in some of North America’s fastest-growing and most forward-thinking companies.

Blake earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Central Methodist University and later pursued his spiritual calling through a Master of Divinity from the Johnnie Colemon Theological Seminary. He was ordained by Unity in 2021.
