Vivian Valencia
Vice President of Customer Care and Fulfillment
Vivian Valencia joined Unity in 2008, serving in a variety of roles within the Customer Contact Center. In 2022, she was appointed vice president of Customer Care and Fulfillment. Having grown up in a trilingual household (English, Spanish, Portuguese), Vivian values the special connections that come from communicating with Unity constituents all over the world. She is especially grateful for the opportunity to support the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts happening at Unity World Headquarters.
Born in Tarrytown, New York, she moved to the Kansas City area as a teenager and graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in communications studies. She has also earned certificates from eCornell for performance leadership and project leadership.
